The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, with excellent front office service. The house-cleaning staff maintained the rooms well, and the view from the spacious corner room was wonderful. The food was modest but tasty and freshly prepared.
Couldn't stay longer.

We loved everything about this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had great amenities like room heaters and geysers. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the city center and great restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed.

Spent Christmas here! Great food with awesome buffet choices. Perfect location within walking distance to the city center. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with a view of the beautiful surroundings and equipped with a heating system.
Wish they had better ventilation in the room as it got stuffy at night. Be wary of the street dogs at night, but the staff will arrange a taxi.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality service. The hotel is situated in a peaceful corner, providing a tranquil atmosphere. My spacious corner room had a breathtaking view, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel, maintained by the house-cleaning staff, was impeccable. The front office staff were exceptional in their behavior, being friendly and always ready to assist. the hotel offered enhanced comfort and luxury.
I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.

Spacious, comfortable rooms with spectacular views. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of items and there were many restaurants close to the hotel. Its great location made it easy to explore the city.
The noises from outside kept us awake at night, which was really unpleasant. Plus, the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and unstable.

A perfect choice for a business trip, this hotel has spacious, well-fitted rooms with elegant decor and comfortable furnishings. the bathroom is roomy and equipped with excellent amenities, while the restaurant serves a decent breakfast and well-cooked vegetables. the hospitable staff are always ready to assist, and the hotel offers a serene and calm ambiance that is perfect for relaxing after a long day.
One minor downside of the hotel is that the restaurant lacks imagination and thoughtfulness.
